Breaking News: The ANGELS Foster Care Agency is the newest addition
to Time Warner Cable’s San Diego On-DemandTM channel!
San Diego On-DemandTM, found on digital cable channel 144, brings television
programming which highlights organizations, programs, and people that
make San Diego unique to approximately 90,000 digital cable subscribers.
The channel is based on On-Demand technology where viewers can browse
a library of program titles and view whatever they find of interest, as
many times as they prefer… all on their own schedule.
On-Demand technology enables viewers to stop, pause, forward, and rewind
their favorite programming, anytime of day.
ANGELS’ video program, "Calling All Angels," succinctly describes how
they match children in need of care with screened and trained foster parents.
San Diego On-DemandTM is free to Time Warner Cable’s digital cable subscribers.
How to View the Video
Follow these simple steps to see the ANGELS video program:
- Tune to channel 144 (You’ll need to be a Time Warner Cable subscriber,
and have the Digital Cable service).
- With your remote, use your left and right arrow buttons to browse
through the topic categories at the bottom of your screen.
- Browse to the "Good For SD" category. Then, use your up and down
buttons to scroll through the programs listed. Find "Calling All Angels".
- To see the program description, press the "select" button.
- To play the program, press the "play" button.
- The program should begin automatically.

the On-Demand service, tune to Channel 144 and listen to the very brief
video tutorial.
