Angels Projects

Long-Range Efforts to Serve Needy Children

At Angels our
mission is to serve the abandoned and abused foster babies of Santa Barbara
County and we pursue this single mission through several different projects.
Infants in Crisis Project
Angels has adopted the acclaimed program pioneered by the original Angels Foster Family Network of San Diego to ensure healthy mental and physical
development of at-risk babies and toddlers. There are no other agencies
in the State of California that offer this unique and innovative method
of matching abused babies with top-notch families where they can heal
and learn to trust again. Statistical results show that our project dramatically
outperforms other forms of more traditional foster care offered to babies.
